Peter was a leading aircraftsman in the Royal Air force Volunteer Reserve. He died on 29 June 1944 and is commemorated on the Runnymede Memorial. The information we have about him is from the Commonwealth War Grave Commission website, link below, and on the family grave in our churchyard.
